Squid are often considered the elusive creatures of the sea.

Due to their often deep oceanic habitat it is rare that they are seen or studied by humans.

Some things that we have learned is that much like the Octopus they have three hearts and blue blood. Its pretty interesting!

This specimen is displayed in resin so that you can take a close up look at their anatomy and it comes with this cool reference card so that you can take a deep dive into each individual part.
